DESCRIPTION:
Dexamethasone sodium phosphate is indicated for use as an anti-inflammatory and/or glucocorticoid agent in conditions such as acute arthritis.

COMPOSITION:
Each ml contains:
Dexamethasone sodium phosphate equivalent to
Dexamethasone phosphate…………………………………………4mg
Methylparaben (As preservatives)…………………………I.P 0.18%w/v
Propylparaben………………………………………………….I.P 0.02%w/v
Water for Injection……………………………………………………..I.P q.s

INDICATIONS:

• Anaphylactic \ Septic \ Surgical shock.

• All inflammatory conditions.

• Arthritis and related conditions.

• Pregnancy toxaemia.

• Bovine ketosis.

• Allergic and dermatological conditions.

USES:

• It is used for cattle, sheeps, Dogs and Cats.

• It is a powerful glucocorticoid that is used in veterinary medicine to treat a very wide range of conditions, from inflammation to autoimmune diseases.

• It is similar to cortisone, a naturally-occurring hormone produced by the adrenal gland.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
Cattle & Horses:
4-20 mg daily or 1-5 ml daily.
Calves, Sheep, Goats & Pigs:
2-4 mg daily i.e. 0.5 -1 ml daily.
Dogs & cats:
0.5-2 mg daily i.e. 0.25-0.5 ml daily.

ROUTE:
By I/M or slow I/V use.
