DESCRIPTION:

DOTCLOR injection is a sterile, clear stable solution for parenteral administration of broad spectrum antibiotic CHLORAMPHENICOL. It is a stable ready-to-use solution which needs no refrigeration.

COMPOSITION:

Each ml contains:

Chloramphenicol          I.P.          100 mg

INDICATIONS:

• Diarrhoea

• Meningitis

• Pyoderma

• Pustular dermatitis

• Infected wounds

• External Otitis

• Foot rot

• Hoof infections

• Castration

• Docking

• Harness sore

• Yokegalls

INTRAUTERINE USE

• Metritis

• Endometritis

• Salpingitis

• Cervicitis

• Vaginitis

• Vulvitis

• Granular vulvo-vaginitis

• Prevention of bacterial infection after distokia

• Prolapse of uterus and retention of placenta.

DOSE & ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION:

By Deep I.M. route.

Large Animals : 8 – 12 mg / kg body weight

Small Animals : 10 – 15 mg / kg body weight.
