Description

Water Acidifier, Gut Acidifier and Water Sanitizer For Poultry to reduce the pH of Water and Gut.

The quality of drinking water for poultry is very important for poultry farmers as it directly affects the productivity of poultry. In the case of poultry 55-75% of the body is made up of water. As a thumb rule bird drinks 1.5 to 2 times more water than feed. It is seen that water acidifier is highly effective against E.coli, Fungus, Algae, and pathogens in drinking water of poultry as ACIDO DOT and having a specific role. Organic acids are weak acids and don’t dissociate completely in water. These are short-chain acids as Formic acid, Acetic acid, Propionic acid, etc have Antimicrobial activity and organic acids are safe to be used in feed and water of poultry.

As these acidifier products as ACIDO DOT acts as a water acidifier or gut acidifier for poultry also to some extent water sanitizer.

Organic acids of ACIDO DOT has the ability to penetrate bacterial cell wall causing decreased pH of cytoplasm leading to disrupt enzymatic reactions and Nutrients transport system finally Inhibiting bacterial growth. ACIDO DOT acts by affecting the growth of the gut affecting bacteria like Salmonella, E.coli, Campylobacter, etc so the addition of ACIDO DOT has a direct effect on the bacterial population of GIT. So acts as an alternative to Antibiotics. The addition of ACIDO DOT creates an acidic environment that is required for the functioning of several DIGESTIVE enzymes as enzymes for Protein Digestion. Formic acid of ACIDO DOT may increase gut villi height thus improving gut functions and digestibility. ACIDO DOT acts as Broiler growth promoter to Improve body weight and FCR. Lactic acid increases Vitamin D and Vitamin K also helpful in forming calcium and iron salts .Citric acid increases phosphorus utilization by chick.
