PREPARATION BEFORE INSEMINATION PROCEDURE

• Preparation before the insemination operation
• Visual incarceration (make sure the battery is fully charged). Visual inflator expansion head (bovine type), special traditional insemination gun, insemination gun outer casing, frozen fine tube (thaw), wet cloth, warm water.

INSEMINATION PROCEDURE

1. Digital artificial insemination gun for cattle Wipe the whole insemination gun with alcohol cotton to ensure that the visual insemination gun has been disinfected and the camera is clear.
2. Wash and disinfect the vulva of the mother with warm water. Wipe clean with a damp cloth to ensure no residue remains.
3. The defrosted frozen fine tube is loaded into the insemination gun in a conventional manner and inserted into the matching outer sleeve for use.
4. Open the visual insemination gun switch, confirm the image is clear, insert the visual insemination gun into the vagina of the mother, initially insert 5-10cm at an angle of the upward direction, then continue to insert the horizontal to about 25cm until The cervix can be seen clearly.
5. Keep the visual insemination gun still, insert the vas deferens of the frozen frozen tube from the sperm transfer channel of the visual infusion gun, and observe on the screen to ensure that the vas deferens head has reached the position of the uterus.
6. After reaching the uterus, gently rotate the insemination gun tube into the mother’s uterus, and when the vas deferens is inserted into the uterus mouth about 10cm, reach the bottom of the uterus. The semen in the vas deferens is then slowly pushed to the mother’s uterus until the push is complete. (Note: If the vas deferens is inserted too deeply, the semen may only be released to the uterine horn on one side, causing uneven distribution of semen. If the uterine horn is rehearsed on the other side, it will directly affect the conception rate).

7.After confirming that the insemination is correct, slowly pull out the insemination gun, click on the switch to make the visible insemination gun vibrate, promote the contraction of the bovine uterus, facilitate the cow to conceive, and then remove the visual insemination gun from the mother vagina. Wipe clean with a clean damp cloth and disinfect with alcohol cotton. Finally, pack the insemination gun in a designated container and keep it in a safe place.
