GENDOT Gentamicin Injection

GENDOT contains GENTAMICIN has broad spectrum bactericidal activity. Very low serum protein binding helps in sequestration into tissue fluids and rapid onset of action.

High sensitivity against rapidly multiplying bacteria, thereby in acute infections. Effective against E.coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Salmonella, Shigella, Pseudomonos, Camphylobacter & Staphylococcus.

COMPOSITION :-
Each ml contains:
Gentamicin Sulphate          I.P.          40 mg 
eqv. to gentamicin base 

INDICATION :-

  • Shock
  • Toxaemia
  • Septicaemia
  • Pneumonia
  • Burns
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Lung abscesses
  • Osteomyelitis
  • Middle ear infections
  • Meningitis.

 

DOSE & ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION :-

By I.M, I.V, I.U route only.
Small Animal : 1 – 2 ml / Kg body weight
Large Animal : 2 – 4 mg / Kg body weight
Intra-Uterine : 2 ml diluted with 20 – 30 ml of distilled water in case of repeat breeders.

PRESENTATION :-
