Description

DOTLOG contains TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE is highly potent medication and anti-inflammatory actions of TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE are thought to involve lipocortins, phospholipase A2 inhibitory proteins which, through inhibition of arachidonic acid, control the biosynthesis of prostaglandins and leukotrienes. The immune system is suppressed by TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE due to a decrease in the function of the lymphatic system, a reduction in immunoglobulin and complement concentrations, the precipitation of lymphocytopenia, and interference with antigen-antibody binding.

COMPOSITION :-
Each ml contains:
Triamcinolone Acetonide         I.P.        6 mg
Benzyl Alcohol                            I.P.        0.90 %

INDICATION :-

• Bovine ketosis
• Traumatic arthritis
• Tendosynovitis
• Enzema
• Frictional acanthosis
• Dermatitis
• Pruritis
• Insect bites
• Conjuctivitis
• Allergic dermatoses
• Inflammation
• Edema

 

CONTRAINDICATION :-

Do not use in viral infections. Do not use in animals with T.B, Chronic nephritis & Peptic ulcers. Existence of C.H.F, Diabetes & Osteoporosis are relative Contra-Indications.
