Description
LIGNODOT-ADR contains LIGNOCAINE in combination with ADRENALINE is a Local anesthetic used to numb an area on the skin prior to sutures. The drug must be injected in the proximity of the wound or surgery. Alternatively, it can be used as an epidural (spinal) anesthetic to prevent pain in a region of the body (regional anesthesia).
COMPOSITION :-
Each ml contains:
Lignocaine HCl I.P. 21.33 mg
Adrenaline Barbiturate I.P. 0.01 mg
INDICATION :-
Widely used in minor surgical and gynecological procedures such as removal of
- Cyst
- Suturing
- Tooth extraction
- Reduction of Prolapse.
LIGNODOT-ADR is a potent sedative used for :
- Surface infiltration
- Nerve block
- Epidural
- Intra-thecal
- I.V. regional anesthesia
DOSE & ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION :-
By S/C route only.
Dogs and Cats : 1 ml / 10 pounds of body weight.
NERVE BLOCK in Cattle and Horses : 5 to 20 ml.
OR
As Directed by the Veterinarian.
