PRAZIDOT-F Tablet – Praziquantel, Pyrantel & Febantel Dewormer for Dogs

Description

This veterinary formulation is commonly used in dogs for intestinal parasite management under veterinary guidance. PRAZIDOT-F Tablet is a broad-spectrum veterinary dewormer—an integral part of our veterinary dry injections and oral treatments range—formulated with PRAZIQUANTEL, PYRANTEL PAMOATE & FEBANTEL, designed for effective control of common intestinal parasites in dogs. It is widely used in veterinary practice for managing tapeworms, hookworms, ascarids, and whipworms, supporting overall digestive health and parasite control in dogs.

PRAZIDOT-F Tablet is made by combining drugs PRAZIQUANTEL, PYRANTEL PAMOATE & FEBANTEL.

COMPOSITION :-
Each chewable tablet contains:
Praziquantel I.P.
Pyrantel Pamoate I.P.
Febantel

INDICATION :-

• Tapeworms
• Hookworms
• Ascarids
• Whipworms

DOSE & ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION :-
By Oral route.

• For routine control adult dogs should be treated every 3 months. For routine treatment a single dose is recommended. In the event of heavy roundworm infestation a repeat dose should be given after 14 days.
• The recommended dose rates are : 15 mg / Kg Bodyweight febantel, 14.4 mg / Kg pyrantel and 5 mg / Kg Praziquantel. This is equivalent to 1 tablet / 10 Kg Bodyweight.

PRAZIDOT-F Dose : Small Dogs

• Over 3 Kg upto 5 Kg B.weight = ½ PRAZIDOT-F tablet
• Over 5 Kg upto 10 Kg B.weight = 1 PRAZIDOT-F tablet

PRAZIDOT-F Dose : Medium Dogs

• Over 10 Kg upto 15 Kg B.weight = 1½ PRAZIDOT-F tablet
• Over 15 Kg upto 20 Kg B.weight = 2 PRAZIDOT-F tablet
• Over 20 Kg upto 25 Kg B.weight = 2½ PRAZIDOT-F tablet
• Over 25 Kg upto 30 Kg B.weight = 3 PRAZIDOT-F tablet

PRAZIDOT-F Dose : Large Dogs

• Over 30 Kg upto 35 Kg B.weight = 3½ PRAZIDOT-F tablet
• Over 35 Kg upto 40 Kg B.weight = 4 PRAZIDOT-F tablet

-> For routine treatment a single dose is recommended.

PREGNANCY & LACTATION :-

1. Consult a veterinary Surgeon before treating pregnant animals for roundworms.
2. The product may be used during lactation.
3. Do not exceed recommended dose when treating pregnant bitches.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS, WARNINGS :-
Do not use simultaneously with Piperazine compounds.
