Description
Formulated for professional veterinary use within our veterinary liquid injections portfolio, V-PROGEN-750 is a controlled hydroxyprogesterone caproate injectable designed to reinforce reproductive stability, maintain hormonal balance, and provide structured reproductive care for livestock.
V-PROGEN-750 contains the drug 17-α-HYDROXY PROGESTERONE CAPROATE. It is a potent hormone and provides behavior modification and pregnancy maintenance.
17-α-HYDROXY PROGESTERONE CAPROATE provides maintenance effect via appetite stimulation, also helps in easy parturition due to ecbolic action. It hastens the contraction of uterus even after the delivery of the calf, thus enabling the uterine to expel the placenta completely.
COMPOSITION :-
Each ml contains:
17-α-Hydroxy Progesterone I.P.
INDICATION :-
- Habitual Abortion
- Repeat Breeders
- Prolapse of uterus
- Induction of Oestrus
- Infertility.
DOSE & ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION :-
By I.M route only.
Habitual Abortion in early pregnancy :
3 ml after 45 days of pregnancy. Repeat the dose after every 10 days for 4 – 5 times.
In repeat Breeders :
2 – 3 ml / week (for 3 week)
In vaginal / uterine prolapse :
3 ml / day (for 2 days)
In Anoestrus :
3 ml. Repeat the dose after 10 days if required.

As directed by the Veterinarian.
