DOTISTROL contains DIETHYLSTILBESTROL which is a synthetic female hormone that is used to treat urinary incontinence in spayed female dogs. It mimics the effects of the natural female hormone, estrogen.

DIETHYLSTILBESTROL is also used in the treatment of some cancers in both male and female dogs.

COMPOSITION :-

Diethylstilbestrol I.P.
Benzyl Alcohol I.P.
(As preservative)

INDICATION :-

• Urinary incontinence (leaking)
• Benign prostatic hypertrophy (enlarged prostate)
• Pyometra
• Misalliance
• Retained Placenta

DOSE & ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION :-
Cattle : 20 mg
Cow : 10 mg
Dog : 1-2 mg for 2-3 days (in Pyometra) & 20 mg within 36 hours of mating
